  Most of the time I'm in here shelves are well stocked, and organized. Although the parking lot is small there always seems to be some place to park. I don't get my prescriptions here, so I can't comment on that. I can tell you that I have gotten photos here and they have always been ready and correct.
  
  The only reason I won't give them five stars is the interaction with the help. A good interaction with the help is hit or miss. If you need someone to help you find something, its usually someone that makes you feel like you're bothering them. I usually get a fast answer and a point n the general direction. Then if you cant find it, if you go back to that person, its watch out; you're really holding them up now. They should take a Cue from their Marlborough CVS, where they actually will walk you to the product and make sure you have it. That's a double win for CVS, because the customer is happy, and the sale is secured. I at times get the same impression at the cash registers. Again its not all of them but may be as much as half the time.

  This review is for the Minute Clinic: I was very pleased with Rachel Allain, the Nurse Practitioner, I met at the CVS Minute Clinic in Northborough, Mass on Sept, 17. I went in for a Flu Shot. She was very pleasant, professional and was able to answer my two questions quickly. My first question was whether the shot contained a preservative ingredient (thimerosal) which I am allergic to. I also wanted to know if my health insurance covered this shot. I had called CVS earlier that morning and was transferred to a national call center. The representative I spoke to tried to help me, but was unable to answer my questions. I waited less than 10 minutes at the Minute Clinic.
