  Michael G. was my service advisor. I cannot say anything but positive about his service. He was knowledgeable about my car issues and took the time to explain to me the problem. I used to go to the Wellesley Volvo because I purchased my car there. I would never go back there to Wellesley again. Unlike Mike’s professionalism, the Wellesley service staff were rude to my questions. Those people should take the time to learn from the staff in Southboro branch. I hope the Southborough Volvo Prime never changes and continue to strive for customer service. Mike represents the company and sets the bar high.

  Deserve 5 starts without hesitation! The first thing that lead me to this dealership is their competitive pricing. But the good experience didn't end there. Once in the dealership, Jamie Chomo provided a great experience throughout the sale process. He was very attentive in engaging everyone in my family, very knowledgeable about the car features and worked patiently with us to find the car we wanted. This made all the family happy about the experience!

  The team at Prime Volvo and in particular Jamie Chomo, provided us with what was far and away the best ever experience purchasing a car! Jamie was knowledgeable, genuine, engaged and patient in our search for the right car. We could not have been happier with the whole process working with Jamie and the entire team at Prime Volvo Cars Westborough.

  I bought an awsome certified Volvo v60 awd from the sales manager Jeff. Everything about the car was exactly what they said and more so. I live 2.5 hours away and he personally delivered the car to my front door with a full tank of gas. I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Thank you Jeff for making buying a car feel like buying a car.

  Overall, a very good car buying experience. We first visited Jeff and Volvo of Westborough when we were looking for a small SUV. We test drove a car and tried later to make a deal, but couldn't come to a number we agreed on so we stayed in touch. Jeff was good about trying to find a car that fit us well in the coming 3 weeks, and never felt pushy. It seemed like he really wanted to help us find the right car. He eventually brought in a wagon for us very last minute. We drove it and liked it, so offered what we were comfortable with, and he agreed.
  
  We went to fill out the paperwork and when we told them we would go with a local bank with a lower interest, they couldn't match the interest but they agreed to take the difference in interest off the price of the car. Then we discovered that the paperwork actually had a price $100 higher than what we thought we had agreed to, a mistake in communication between Jeff and us. Some behind the scenes arguing with the manager and Jeff ensued (can you ever really be sure it's not an act?) but by this point it was almost closing time on a Friday and everyone had been very patient with us so far so we agreed to the $100 higher rate. Jeff bought us a bottle of wine to compensate us for the mistake. Just remember to take the price tag off the wine next time, Jeff ;)
  
  The price miscommunication was the only downside in the experience; overall a great experience and I would certainly buy another car there.
  Jeff is a great guy and super helpful. I'm sure he was sick of us by the end but he was patient nonetheless.
