  Just starting going here a few weeks ago! I absolutely love it- I've never been to a gym or wellness center that I have felt comfortable enough to actually stick with going to. The vibe is amazing and all the people are welcoming and down to earth! I look forward to all my pilates classes even though Sheryl kills me every time ????

  Love JTB! The Buti Yoga class is so much fun- I never had the patience for yoda, but buti still had the upbeat tempo and still helped with my long standing back/hip problems. I would definitely recommend for those who think they don't like yoga and for those who do and are looking to try something new! JTB also offers other strength/barre classes that are a great to mix into your routine.

  JTB is a wonderful place and Jess is an amazing person. I haven't had a massage in years and any anxiety i had melted away within seconds of meeting her. I had a last second request and I know it was out of the ordinary to fulfill it. The pain in my back is going away and I can't thank you enough! Everything is clean, comfortable, and you can tell this is a place built out of passion and care. I NEVER schedule any appointments ahead of time but this time I didn't hesitate. I can't wait for my next appointment. Don't hesitate to come here, you won't regret it!

  I visited JTB wellness for the first time for a massage, about a week ago. I have gotten massages elsewhere, and I usually feel very sore for a few days after. This time I went to Jess Jacques for a massage, and I was excited to book the next one before I left! The studio is very clean and serene, and Jess is awesome at what she does. Not only did I feel very relaxed, but I didn't have any soreness for days to follow. I will be back very soon!

  Absolutely the most welcoming, motivating, and well run studio around. It’s a beautiful studio that is kept clean and well organized. Take Barre, boot camp, and yoga with extremely motivational instructors. You show up, they bring it!! All fitness levels are targeted. The owner looks to the members for feedback, very smart and professional business owner! She wants people happy. Just a heads up, it can be addicting! I highly recommend JTB!
