(September 20, 2019, 1:20 pm)Unfortunately I don't use Avidia for banking, but drive out of my way to cash my checks there for work each week because the staff members are SO nice and helpful (and I can go to HomeGoods down the street lol). I typically use the drive-up teller and there's a young guy that works every Friday that is one of the nicest, most professional people I've ever run into. He is friendly, outgoing and even remembers my name each time. He's also super efficient. I don't think I've ever waited at that window for more than three minutes. If they treat people who DON'T bank with them like this, imagine how great they must be to their actual customers. I highly recommend Avidia in Westborough. Best Avidia branch around and I've used several over the years. Thjey even have a super cute savings program for kids where they can earn iTunes gift cards, or movie tickets once they save certain amounts. How motivating is that to a child!?! I can't say enough good things about this branch :)
