  We realized, that we had a water leak somewhere in our home, that suddenly showed when our brand new hardwood floors started buckling. We sent an email late that night and called M.A. Restoration the next morning at opening hours to speak with the owner Marc, who put us right at ease. Two hours later Denis arrived who assessed the damage. 3 Hours later Tim and his team member arrived to start the demolition portion of the process to figure out the cause of the damage. Within an hour they figured out where the water was coming from, a small dripping leak in our new wall.
  Their work was superb, there was no mess, as much of the original mill work was saved, mold removed, fans and dehumidifiers were set up in tents throughout our home, and 6 days later problem solved.
  Without ANY HESITATION I would recommend M.A. Restoration. They are fantastic to work with, they will take away the worries, and they take great care of your home.
  Value - I cannot rate them on value there we have not received any bills there they are dealing with our insurance company directly

  When my husband and I moved into our 1955 ranch we ASSUMED that the home inspector would alert us to any and all stuctural defects/weaknesses. Unfortunately this was not the case. Within the first motnh of our living there we noticed that after each brief rain shower that there would be a small amount of water in the basement. It wasn't until the first rain deluge that we realized that we had a REAL problem. We called Mark and his FANTASTIC team at MA Restoration. They came out IMMEDIATELY and took care of the problem. They educated us on the dangers and toxic properties of mold as well as the methods that they planed to use to eradicate the problem. They opened up walls to find where the problems were. I was amazed with their equipment as well as their attention to detail in containing the damage. Their cleanup efforts were meticulous. Mark really put our mind at ease as he is a wizard at negotiating with the insurance companies to get us the most amount of money to cover the loss. I really cant' say enough about MA Restoration. They are a class act.

  Mark and his team provided excellent service when we needed remediation work due to water damage on the first floor level of our home. They were professional, courteous, and completed quality work in the proposed timeline. We especially appreciated the work Mark did with our insurance adjuster, serving as an intermediary to satisfactorily resolve payment so that we were left whole following the damage and with beautifully renovated rooms. We will not hesitate to recommend M.A. Restoration to anyone needing their services.
