  I've been bringing my car here for 6 years and I've never had an issue with the service. Not even one time! Jon Lacey is so knowledgeable about what will be done with my car and is always very friendly. He lets me know when the car will be finished and always shares updates if the technicians notice something else is needed for my car. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a Volkswagen, or if they already own one, suggest bringing it there for services! You will not be disappointed!

  Purchased my Jetta at Colonial and have had it serviced there ever since. Jon Lacey in the service department is truly exceptional, and has exceeded expectations each and every time I bring my car in. Through almost 42k miles of oil changes and maintenance, including the recent purchase of four winter wheels and snow tires, I have never had a bad experience with Colonial or Jon!

  I've had a very positive experience buying a used car here. The salesperson was very helpful in answering all my questions and did not pressure me to make the sale. Since buying the car I have had to visit the service department for some minor issues, and they were very accommodating and upfront.
