  I had an issue and the manager Paul was very helpful, respectful and understanding helped me with fit the problem. The staff are nice as well plus nice gym.

  Karen is the best front desk representative at BSC. She is so kind and hospitable, which is what customer service is all about. It's very rare to see great customer service these days but Karen has spectacular communication skills. Thanks Karen for your kindness and see you around.:)

  I just read the comment about the front desk employee and I completely disagree. She is always friendly and goes out of her way to be nice even when people act like entitled brats. The gym always opens on time and since she has been opening, there hasn’t been a single time that members were waiting outside, sometimes for a half hour, waiting for someone to come with a key. Don’t forget, you have no idea what people are dealing with in their personal lives, so if someone isn’t on their A game every single minute, there might be a much more significant issue on their mind than welcoming you in with hot towels and a coffee.
