  I went to Bay State for TMJ- which in short is a pain in my jaw. I did not know anything could be done to help that condition but luckily my dentist did as he did not want to see my jaw become locked. Tim has done a wonderful job of applying the proper exercises to alleviate that pain. Although I am not done with PT yet....It is a MUCH better. The staff at Bay State is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares. Booking appointments is easy. The facility is clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends who needed PT.

  Just started my knee replacement PT at Bay State in Westborough this week with Lauren as my therapist. She did a very thorough initial evaluation and started me on a plan designed to get me back doing the things I like to do as soon as possible. The entire staff is very pleasant, professional, and helpful and the facility and equipment is very well maintained presenting a relaxing atmosphere to work out in.

  Boroughs YMCA branch, convenient location. Pleasant people. From the receptionist, to the PT themselves...all highly professional and knowledgeable. Lauren DPT, took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and come up with a plan to get fit again. If you must tear your bicep, as some of us do...the Baystate is a nice place to rehab.

  The Westborough Bay State Physical Therapy facility was Five Star!
  Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional.
  Lauren and Tim provided the best PT program, and Courtney was great at handling the insurance and providing information.
  I am an experienced PT client since I have had Physical Therapy on my Back ,knee and neck over the years. I'm very grateful; for the work they provided to me . They challenged me with care and produced great results!
  Thanks to all at Bay State Westborough !

  Just did an injury screen with Tim the owner and learned so much about what may be causing my back pain. He could not have been nicer and informative. The facility is brand new on the ground floor of the Boroughs YMCA. What an awesome addition to the place. I am absolutely going to get a prescription from my doctor and come back for treatment here! Check them out!
