This place allows you tocreates art of your own design as you sit and enjoy your coffee. By the way the coffee was extremely perfectly made and very flavorful. The amounts of detail, attention, and efforts that the owner had put into this place is truly remarkable. “I wandered into Cafe 291 expecting a latte. What I left with twenty minutes later was a lot more! Amazing paintings cover the walls and the extensive menu made choosing difficult. So I chatted with the barista (whom I later discovered was the owner and artist-in-residence. She didn’t rush me and we had a real conversation while she prepared my order. The latte was excellent & muffin delicious. Later I checked out the Cafe 291 website and I was inspired by the owners story and determination. You can have a child’s art party here or attend art for adults sessions here. Now they even have open mic night on Thursdays! A large selection of enticing coffee options, and many baked goods as well. I’ve brought 2 family members there and can’t wait to go back!”

I once ordered 10 munchkins and was charged for 10 donuts, I could have asked them to fix the issue but instead I decided to see what the Universe had in mind and I let it play out. Ever since that day I have been getting way more munchkins than I order and not being charged for the overage. One time I asked for 3 munchkins, was told that they had to charge me for 4, but was given 17. I don't know what is going on, if other people are experiencing this same phenomenon or not, but I've consistently been getting extra munchkins. Even on days that I don't order munchkins, just coffee, it is not uncommon to find a munchkins floating around in the cup. So I recommend eating here some day, and suggest overpaying for your food if at all possible.”

“Finding parking was easy even though the parking lot is a little crowded. They stay busy, but speed of service is crazy fast. Even checking out is quick and easy. Don't forget to tip! I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant just to try the place out along with a sinfully vanilla iced coffee. Prices are not bad and quality is amazing. While waiting (not long) I looked at all the amazing goodies that they had on display and glanced at the menu for what I would like on my next visit. With that being said, I will definitely return.”
