“Excellent - Glad I ignored bad reviews. I had a really good NY Sirloin. Came with a salad and a very generous helping of veggies (green beans) that were prepared really well. I also got an order of tater tots. My wife had the fried clams, also generous helping. Advertised as "casual" but it was nicer than some casual places. The piped in music was present but not intrusive. House dressing was even good. Our waitress was named Jessica and we were happy to give a good tip. Glad to have a nice place like this in the valley again. The bar looked clean and welcoming although we didn't go in that part. We also didn't try the deserts because we were absolutely stuffed from the meal and had enough for take home for lunch tomorrow.”

“All staff very friendly. Location is convenient to everything around. Love the pool area and gazeebo. Manager definitely on top of things here. Rates are very reasonable and i can definitely say this is my hotel of choice when in Corpus. You can't beat the amenities out of all the places i have stayed at so far. “Nothing short of perfection..... When it comes to customer service, your clients’ happiness and satisfaction are paramount. This morning for me, Nydam Oil showed my family what proper customer service is all about. Woke up pretty darn cold in the house because our furnace wouldn’t fire. I made a quick call to Nydam Oil a bit before they opened to let them know that I have no heat. I also let them know that there’s no emergency as I had a fire going in the fireplace. Maybe one half hour later Hank Nydam himself knocked on my door. Say about 15 minutes later the furnace was up and running again. To top it all off, Hank said it was such an easy fix that he didn’t feel right charging me for the fix. For me, this whole situation went seamlessly. For that, I thank and praise Nydam oil! Thank you so very much Nydam Oil!!! You all are awesome from the initial phone call to the quick fix!”

“I have been coming to G2 Sports Cards for about a year. I reached out to the owner when I needed to sell off the card collections. The owner is a friendly, patient man and has taken much of his time to help me understand the best options for the sale of my items. I have read other reviews and feel some re-direct is necessary. The owner does keep odd hours. He is self employed so for him to come to my home and look at my collection means the store is unattended. The solution is simply. Call first. He has a cell and is always available by phone. As to the marijuana smell... The reviewer is not saying where she thinks it come from. I am more than sure it is a by-product of the legalizing of pot. I can't go anywhere that it's not reaking off of someone. It is offensive as a parent but the supermarkets, pharmacy and gas stations are not refusing entry to people who smell of marijuana so it's unreasonable to think the mom and pop stores will either. I would recommend this store.”
