It was my first time ordering a caterer there but we have been devoted panera fans for decades. She was able to navigate my budget and give me different options considering gluten free, kids menus, tipping, delivery, and what was seasonal along with considering the theme of the venue. Thank you Mary! This review is long over due but I promised to let her service and laughter over the phone with me be heard. The packaging is superb. The soups and pasta stayed warm hours after the outdoor party was over. The packaging is good quality. Everyone enjoyed their meals. There's other things there too, and I really appreciate being able to grab an iced coffee while I'm there. Make sure you check the hours before you go. My favorite is the semolina bread. I drive about half an hour to go there. I always stop there on the way to the beach.”

“Was house-sitting near here and my friend said it's a must go place. And I will never get any other coffee shops sandwiches, coffee, anyting if I have a say in it it will be Common Grounds. The staff is patient, amazing, and knowledgeable. They'll suggest things if you're new. My friend I brought the second time I went that lives in Worcester area which is almost an hour and a half away. She is very indecisive and needed some coddling LOL. And again the staff was very sweet and gracious helping her decide. And listed so many options right off the top of their head. The conversations great the food is amazing coffee is amazing. It's just a great place all around you'll be stupid if you don't try this. And I don't even have to tell you that you won't want to go anywhere else because it will speak for itself.”
