I appreciated the honesty and could have been told they definitely needed replacement now. I will be going back here when the repair is necessary just because an honest repair place means a lot me. “Love this place! I had my bed liner sprayed there a few months ago. Wow what an amazing job! I've hauled some heavy abbrasive loads since then and she's all still shiny and pretty just like day one! Since they did such a great job with the bed liner, I went back today to purchase and install a tonneau cover. Once again, amazing job and top notch cover! I would also like to add, the guys here at the North Shore Line-X shop are a great group of guys. Fun to chat with, friendly, and great customer service! That place is Terrific , I had a car accident couple months ago I hit a deer 🦌 the front of my car was destroyed, my cousin referred me to Black Diamond collision Center . when I called Mike I explain to him My situation and I was able to pay a lot of money because My insurance won’t cover the bill, he did understand and give a fair price . They do a AMAZING JOB repairing my van I wasn’t expect to get my van back the way it was . Surprising and happy it’s the way I can describe how I feel when I see my van . “I took my car here after being rear ended. They are a small business and I wanted to support someone local even though the insurance was covering it. I cant say enough about my experience here. They estimated quickly, communicated with insurance and got the job done in the time frame they quoted which is very hard to find these days. I have to say their communication with me was far superior to the insurance adjuster. “This is the second time I had my car inspected. First time I was happy with the work they did but surprised with minimal communication. Since they did the inspection focused and quickly I decided to visit again. The owner was very polite and despite the opening was 8 am he did the inspection around 7:40 am when I arrived. Again everything was done very focused and quickly. He drove my car in front of the shop with the sticker on the windshield and the papers inside. I definitely recommend this place! Thanks Brothers!”

“Posted this review on Facebook as well. If you are ever looking for a body shop, this is the place to go. I got rear-ended in July by an uninsured driver who pushed me into the car in front of me at a red light. I brought it to Jim (the owner) and he made a stressful process so much easier. He hooked me up with a discounted rental (don’t worry, I added rental to my policy after this!) and worked with me on my deductible since I had to go through my own insurance instead of the driver’s who hit me. He worked with my insurance to get brand new parts, including a new front and back bumper and a new quarter panel. They even vacuumed and wiped down my car that was full of dust, dirt, and dog hair. I am beyond thankful for this phenomenal job with my car by Jim and his daughter Kaitlyn, making my car look better now than it did when I bought it two years ago.”

“I went in for a super random car issue. On my way into work I somehow sucked up some plastic that got twisted into my drive shaft. Mike, the tech working, was amazing. “I thought I picked a good parking spot at the golf course only to find out the next day that I had a golf ball sized dent in my car. I just had it removed by Brian and I'm extremely happy with it! I found his website online and texted him the photos and information of my vehicle and he was confident he could take care of it. His business is mobile so that was huge for me as it saved me a lot of time and didn't have to take time off work. He traveled almost 60 miles north to my workplace for the job and I feel like he charged a very reasonable price. He even took care of a couple minor dings in my door for free. One of which I had noticed before probably when washing the car but had trouble finding again because you have to really be at the right angle (low to the ground) and another really tiny ding in the same door. Took him 2-3 mins to get those out. I certainly hope I never see him again but wouldn't hesitate to call him if needed.”
