I brought my 10 year old nephew, who is used to going to a different one, and there was a line but it moved quickly, and he said to the lady "oh wow, you guys are doing much better, that was faster, good job". For example, they would not even let in a regular customer before the posted closing time to get literally one item! THEY CLOSE EARLY A LOT & THAT'S REALLY NOT CONVIENENT. They would not even apologize for the inconvenience. I would think especially for a customer that they recognize from shopping several times a week that they could unlock the door so I could get one item that was very important and necessary for that evening & would not even acknowledge me when I told them to have a great night.”
