We had heard them at another friend’s wedding and knew how awesome they were. So when my husband I got engaged, they were the first vendor on our list (and we would have booked them first if we didn’t need a venue and date for them to play). Lisa is an amazing singer and a true entertainer. Every one of our guests came up to us at one point in the night to ask us how we found our band and just how impressed they were with them. Lisa reads the room and you can expect more of a private concert than just a “wedding band”. She was quick and professional with all her correspondence and was a pleasure to work with. Her husband handled the sound system for our ceremony (which was flawless). We also added on their photo booth option for our reception which was a HUGE hit! He installed new cabinets in my kitchen and removed the old base cabinets and the cardboard boxes in which the new ones came. The house was clean every night when I came home. “Great customer service. I have no complaints about the store. The lady helped me upgrade a new phone. She gave me discounts. Another man who works there was super nice and very helpful; he too gave me discounts. The only problem is the barbershop on the other side, the men are perverts and make you feel uncomfortable. And sometimes there is a long wait. But you have to understand that there are only 2 computers for the workers and that new customers come in every day and so the sign up and activation process may take time. However, that doesn't take away the quality of the customer that they provide. To eaxh customer they are very polite and helpful no matter how much time you spend there. ”
