“I took my wife to Harbour House for her 50th birthday a week ago. I was hoping to make her extra special birthday very extra special, and the staff at Harbour House definitely made that happen. The front staff were especially friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to room 309, which is a suite. It’s one of the nicest rooms in their hotel. Nice view of the harbour too, with a nice seating area in the large bathroom, where the view was wonderful. All the amenities at this hotel are top of the line. The wine and cheese socials at 4pm were a real treat. Daniela was our host for these events, and she was very helpful, and friendly. The breakfast each morning was far superior to any continental breakfast you’d get at a standard hotel. Pastries, quiche, granola, and amazing coffee were just a few of the perks. Our upgrade offered us mimosas for breakfast too. The breakfast servers were so kind and helpful too. Sometimes the clientele at these high-end places can be a bit rude and entitled, but the staff made sure that everybody was treated nicely. This wasn’t a cheap getaway, but it was worth the price. My wife and I will definitely be staying at Harbour House again, hopefully sometime this winter. Perfect location; wonderful accommodations; 5 stars all around!”
