“The children's karate program has been so beneficial for my son, teaching him self-discipline, building strength and learning the fundamentals of karate. He looks forward to the classes and likes all of the instructors. Once he started attending classes again in-person, his school teacher commented on how much better behaved he was - to which he credited his time at karate.
