“I first stumbled upon this site looking for extra cash. I spoke with a receptionist the night I found it and just like that I was in for my first appointment to donate blood and screen me for other tests that later I could perform. A couple of weeks passes before I was able to come which was fine. I walked in was greeted by a nice girl. Signed a few papers, consent form etc. and there I went to donate for a 25 gift card on the spot. It was painless. I thought wow this was so simple. In a few weeks i called and asked if I could be considered for bone marrow donation. I was phoned a few weeks later stating the doctor was conducting the donation and is now recruiting patients. I made my appointment right then and there. It was rescheduled a few times due to technical difficulties but I finally donated today. This review is clearly on the company the people and how professional everything was not the actual procedure. I didn't have to wait long. The nurses including a male and a female and the very nice doctor were nice and calming. They were so super sweet and comforting. They tried to guide me so that the procedure seemed less intense. The doctor did his absolute best to make feel hardly any pain. Yet there always will be some. But overall the experience was amazing. I opted to do the procedure again. And the icing on the cake was not only the fact that everyone was super sweet. I got a 250 gift card for my time and donation and told I was there BEST bone marrow donor they have ever had. Receptionist thanked me mutiple times on the way out. I also explained a little bit of what I went through to a curious young girl who was also interested in donating. I think she will do it by the way.i left thinking I made a difference. Kudos to Arlington stem express, your doing a wonderful job. Keep up the good work.”
