The office staff is always kind and very helpful. I pay out of pocket because I do not have eye coverage with insurance. The price is quite reasonable for the services they provide. “Dr Fradkin and aft Orenstein are two of the nicest, and most knowledgeable eye doctors I have ever met. My whole family goes there and we are very happy. The office is a bit dated, but I’m not there for decorating tips. It is a small practice where they sometimes answer their own phones and truly care about their patients. They have a great selection of frames and reasonably priced. They do take insurance, too!”

“Overall, I really liked this practice. Be forwarned, the google directions to get to this address are wrong unless you type in "99 Church Street Extension". I was appallingly late for my appointment. The front desk staff, the nurse, and the physician we very kind about my being late. That is a sign of good customer service, which is rare in medicine. Their kind and professional behavior sealed my decision to stay with the practice. It is a new facility. It is large, and on a quiet morning it has a cavernous quality. There is an OBgyn practice and a lab facility in the same building. ”

“They're very nice here, well qualified and they're good at explaining things to you. Usually they made me work hard to strengthen my foot but one time I got a most excellent foot massage... I felt like I should give her a tip! Can't leave without mentioning the office staff. They're a cut above other offices. They have to deal with many cancellations and bookings at hours that aren't always during normal business hours. They always knew my name too. I was very surprised to see that when I walked in, the "woman behind the glass" just waved me in. It's nice to be remembered. 6 stars!”

“Wuxia offers expert instruction in a wide range of martial skills- striking, grappling, the use of weapons, and more. The head instructor, Scott Tarbell, has a background in education and teaches in an incisive and patient manner. He very much plays the part of the encouraging coach rather than the stern master, and is genuinely interested in the progression of each student, no matter their experience. The school has a supportive, family-like atmosphere. Although the classes are fun and friendly, the training is quite serious and practical. It is hard to find teaching of this quality anywhere, much less in a small town at the edge of the North Shore. A true hidden gem.”
