But, my son, who was 6 at the time and is 7 now, has a blast every time that he goes. His ability to be more patient and self disciplined at home has really improved. “I have been attending Bikram yoga for the last month. I couldn’t express my gratitude to the intire team of yoga instructors. I have made tremendous progress physically with my leg. The joy and benifits reflect during the postures and the awakening of heart with gratitude. I have had a knee replacement and each time I attend a class I have made progress with flexibility and strength in my knee. There is no pain after and you gain so much more movement with ease. No stress. Highly recommend anyone recovering from knee or hip replacement. The instructors are very thorough and detailed oriented. It is a fantastic way to heal and move forward with positivity. “I give 5 five star rating. After major rotator surgery in 2017 I was suffering badly and with 9 months of their professional help I have made a full recovery with excellent strength and mobility. I truly thought my life was over. Big kudos to the owner Karen and the complete staff from the front desk Physical therapists - Amy -Brooke - Nancy especially for there commitment to my recovery. I am back currently seeking their help with a medial meniscus root tear in my knee. although I hate the idea of going back to PT I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.”

“Beautiful and very clean studio. I was visiting the area because my husband was running the Cape Ann Half Marathon. He ran and I went to a Yoga Sculpt class. Loved it! The only recommendation would be to consider having 5 or 8 pounds weights in addition to the 3 and 2 pounds. That would allow individuals to push consider themselves a bit more if they choose to. But otherwise really loved it! Great teacher.”

“I’m not from the area I was just staying at one of the hotel near by. I needed a massage so bad since my back was so tense, I hadn't have a massage for almost a year because I been so busy with the baby. I wanted a full spa day but everything else was booked or they were not picking up. I came across this place and was willing to give anything a try. Im glad I did, I got a deep tissue massage and OMG IT WAS AMAZING!!!! She knew what area to work on and she was very good with her hands pressure. Usually is very hard for me to find a massage person to have good pressure. I left feeling amazing. I would def come here every month if I live close by. I would recommend it if your looking to get the result you want.”
