“I am recently finishing a two week stint of rehab because of an injury. I can say that I had no problem with administration/upper management. The nurses were exceptional as were the CNAS. OT/PT were amazing and had me up and as mobile as possible within a short time. The food isn't great, but, that was expected. I do think they are understaffed. I say this because most of the patients are elderly and need constant attention.”

“Great gym if you live in the area. Lots of machines and great community. The staff is friendly and even remembers my name when I walk in. Everything is clean and some machines are relatively new and work great. They offer a number of classes that you can take to shred off those extra pounds as well. Stairclimbers, treadmills, Jacobs ladder, and much more for cardio. The only thing I would want more of is the flat benches with the bar. I go mon-fri and can vouch a good name for this gym.”

Turns out I like them pretty firm so I tried a few different therapists until we found one up to the challenge, turns out it was Holly. We go every couple of weeks. The space is comfortable and relaxing, Holly and the other therapists make sure the temperature and the table are comfortable. We always feel better when we are done.”
