You're led, exercise by exercise, motion by motion, through an exercise routine for a half hour. I'm always surprised to see the tallies at the end that show me how much weight I've lifted. I had no idea it was so easy to lift several tons in a half hour workout! (and anyone who knows me would probably say I'm no gym rat!) 3) where most gyms fall down is they don't make the experience worthwhile enough for most members to keep coming back. “I really cannot say enough nice things about the two nurse practitioners who work at this Minute Clinic! Back in 2016 I fell very ill and visited this location on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse did every possible test she could and then told me that she really thought I should visit the ER as it seemed my health was at great risk. I did and it turned out I had a bad case of pneumonia! The fact that this NP made the right decision in sending me to the ER may have saved me from becoming dangerously sick. I visited this location again today to receive two vaccinations and the second NP did a great job explaining all of the information I needed to know, administering the vaccines quickly and as pain-free as possible, and then talking to me for a while after to make sure I was ok before I left. Overall, they are just so friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend!”

“We have been having our dogs groomed by Cindy for several years. She is AMAZING. Our great pyrenees absolutely adored Cindy and Cindy was always exceptionally uncomplaining about the matts on her hindquarters. When our dog was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer, Cindy took extra care to make sure she was comfortable and 'felt beautiful'. I read an uncomplimentary review of Cindy and felt compelled to write a positive one. The only reason Cindy would have declined to groom a dog was if the condition of the animal in question was so bad that she could not provide the service in a short time slot. If as a customer you expect miracles then be prepared to pay appropriately for them. We adore Cindy and always ask for her to provide our grooming services.”
