I mostly worked with Kate, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient, good at explaining the process and each exercise or movement she’s asking for, and an all-around delightful person. The five or six therapists here are all good natured and personable. They are all very professional but at the same time have a sense of humor and a light touch that lends a relaxed, friendly, supportive tone to the process. They are efficient and keep their appointment times so you can count on getting treatment and getting on your way on schedule. The facility is clean and bright, and based in the Foxboro Y which is itself a welcoming and high quality gym with great people, equipment and facilities.”

It was the best decision that we could have made.The staff attends to her every need and keeps her fully engaged with all kinds of fun and stimulating activities. She eats all her meals in a beautiful dinning room with table linens. The nursing staff is truly special, they are very compassionate. The Pond staff really understands her medical needs, medications, likes, dislikes, limitations, etc., which makes a huge difference in her overall wellbeing. The Pond provides various stages of care as the needs of their residents change over time. They are located in a lovely setting and the facilities are impeccably maintained.
