Doc has great bedside manor, they got me into surgery within a couple days of the incident, my post care and rehab has been great! “I have gone to this vision center for several years and had always had good experiences. I purchased a pair of glasses back in April 2018 for a little more than $300. I had gone back to the store a few times to have them adjusted. A couple of weeks ago the arm of the glasses completely came off when I put them on. I went back to the store to have them fixed and was told they could not be repaired. I was offered no other alternative except to purchase a new pair. That is bad business and clearly they don't stand by their products. I hadn't had the glasses a year and they broke, but I'm just SOL! Do not buy glasses here if you're looking for a store that stands by their product and does honest business! They just lost 2 customers and 2 patients! Update 02/09/19 Dr. Kozol contacted me and corrected the situation. He was more than generous with the solution and I really appreciate the way he handled it. I will definitely be returning as a customer!”
