“This class is everything you've wanted in a class plus more. It's hard, and really fun! You will beg for mercy during the class but after it's over you will count down the minutes until your next class! After all, you are paying to be challenged and you will not be disappointed here! Let me stress that there are ALL levels of fitness in this class. You won't feel intimidated, because the people that come to the classes are the best and we all cheer each other on (who doesn't appreciate a pat on the back once in awhile?). What I really love about this class is that it changes, every day it's a different muscle group and every week or every other week it changes to a different category of exercise. You will have muscle endurance for two weeks, plyometric for two weeks, core and balance for a week and this is just to name a few. These high intensity, interval workouts are NEVER the same so you will be totally surprised every day that you come to class (It's like having a surprise gift to open every day)! The muscle group stays the same on Mondays are chest and triceps, Tuesdays are back and biceps, Wednesdays is legs, Thursdays are shoulders and core and Fridays are full body. In my opinion, music is a HUGE motivator and I REALLY like the UPBEAT music that's played, it makes me want to punch the bag harder, make my legs go a little faster during floor jacks and sometimes it just makes me do a little dance. The instructors are amazing and make sure you're doing the exercise correctly and always give modifications. I've been a member for many years, it's not just a workout place, it's family owned and this place makes me feel like part of their family.”
