“I've been going here for about nine months. Come here for the people!! Everyone is so nice. Plus their classes make your sweat! Their equipment is fine but lacking a bit, like bosu balls and kettle balls. It's also a bit tight since they recently closed they're other space. But I've never been without the cardio machine I want! And I have no plans to leave!”

“Last Sunday my husband and I took the school’s Firearms safety class. Our instructor, Rick Alford, made me feel comfortable right from the moment we walked in. His background in self defense, martial arts, and teaching definitely showed in his patient and knowledgeable manner. I was excited to see that he is very knowledgeable of many different types of firearms. Part of the reason I chose this class is because of the hands-on training we received. We were able to practice safely loading and unloading different guns (no live ammo), an experience that a lot of other schools do not offer. I absolutely recommend this class, as it is taught by a range officer with much experience.”
