“The gym is ok. Bathroom needs more attention sometimes. The staff is very friendly and always make me feel welcomed, except the morning black front desk guy, he used to be so nice but now he sucks ,don’t know why he never says hi or anything to me and not even look in my face. I can feel a very bad negative energy every time I give him my card. Remember one unhappy employee can make hundreds of unhappy costumers.”

“Your Review I went in for my first cleaning as a new patient tonight. Dr. Debra Pan actually did my cleaning. Let me say she was professional, kind and very gentle. I explained that I have a condition in whichI can't tolerate pain. She was super kind and repeatedly asked if I was okay. She told me all about her career and that she is a Professor at BU. And shared all her children are dentists. I have a wicked phobia of dentists and she completely understood. She went above and beyond for me. Dr. Nelson Pan came in to talk to me he too was very nice and gentle. The front desk ladies are very kind as well.”

“Monthly rate is reasonable. The gym is clean. Most times of the day is not very crowded. AC thermostat is not set low enough on hot summer days. Replaceable pads on equipment are not replaced when they wear out and many have holes in them :-/”
