“When I switched to MCOP about 3 years ago, I sat with John Warren and told him what I was expecting out of being a patient. It was very important that he listen to my requests, suggestions and comments. He has done just that. I am not an easy client as my limb can be challenging (same with my personality) and he has done everything he can to keep me happy.
