“My father has been going to Diamagold for years and years on end, and I have never been a jewelry girl. However, three years ago my fiance proposed to me and during this past Christmas, and we spent our time wondering where to start for our wedding bands. My father straight away recommended Bob at Diamagold, and we could not have been happier. From our first visit, Bob was unbelievable friendly and helpful through our ring selection process. He had informed us that, unfortunately now, he no longer has a large selection of wedding bands pre-made in store. However, he looked at my fiance and me and told us he may have something that is our style, after we had explained that we are not very jewelry savvy. He showed us an antique wedding band, which was not the average, but stole my heart the moment I saw it. I could not believe how a piece of jewelry spoke to me so deeply, and Bob was the person who was able to find that piece for me! He explained to us that the ring is an older style and made from a company that he does not work with anymore, so we decided to ask about a custom, matching wedding band for my fiance. Through the process, he was able to inform us of pricing and give us the knowledge we needed to understand the ring making process as well as the value of the material it is made from. We spoke about pricing and the options that were available for this custom ring and once we set a price, we began our payments towards the ring (which Bob so kindly offered). We are so thankful for his professionalism through the whole ring making process, especially when there was a delay in the ring making production due to a machine flaw as well as a blizzard in the local forecast. We were notified all steps of the way and couldn’t be more thankful. Bob’s passion for jewelry should not go unnoticed; he truly loves and is well educated in his trade! His ability to listen and provide what the customer needs based on their personal style is absolutely amazing. He has a unique way of understanding his customers' style in jewelry form, and that is something I find to be extremely important. “I had an amazing experience at Tulle Bridal recently! My consultant, Rita deserves so much credit for her patience, kindness, effort, and most of all, expertise. She really took the time to hear my preferences and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. I even felt like she genuinely wanted to get to know me and my personality so that she could make better suggestions. The dress I purchased suits me perfectly...she nailed it! I was the last appointment of the day on a Sunday afternoon, but never felt rushed or pressured. Rita showed myself and my crew the utmost respect the entire time we were there, allowing me to Facetime a few people who could not be there, adding a petticoat and veil to complete the vision for me, and patiently waiting for me to say yes to the dress! When deciding between two different dresses, this is when she really showed her expertise through her past history of designing dresses, by showing me which shapes and styles looked best on my body. I felt so pretty and comfortable in my gown, which ultimately lead me to realize it was the one! I would absolutely recommend Tulle to everyone I know!”
