“Laundry: plenty of washing machines in various sizes (regular personal laundry up to 60lb load), ditto dryers. Machines accept card or quarters, and there's a change machine if you need coins. There are folding stations and little carts for bringing laundry from washer to dryer. Environment: it's clean and colorful here, with plenty of comfy chairs, free wifi, vending machines with snacks & drinks, and a couple small entertainment things around (magazines, coin-op massage chair, etc.). Staff is friendly and helpful, and even when it's crowded, the place is pretty quiet. Decorations are cute and change seasonally; someone clearly takes pride in this place. Only downside is that parking is limited, but even in busy hours I can usually find a spot. I haven't tried the wash & fold service, so can't review that.”

Wasn't particularly happy about the price ($3 for wash, $1/20 min for drying) but I guess that comes with living in Boston. I appreciate that they make the environment accommodating for those that need to wait for their laundry - there are couches and places to sit with tables and some drinks/snacks.”

Washing machines includes $2, $4, $5 and $8 of wash respective to the size or amount of the laundry one have and the machine one decides to use. Drying is $0.25 for every 10 minutes. “Go here often to do laundry and the staff is usually very helpful and friendly. Recently, I’ve done drop off service and it has changed my life! So convenient! One of the greatest sensory experiences is the smell of fresh laundry and knowing that it’s all folded is like the cherry on top! Drop off is $1 a pound with extra for comforters and bigger items. They also have a bonus of $2 when you put $20 cash on your card so you get a $22 dollar credit to your card for every Jackson bill you feed into the machine. It used to be $5 but I guess it’s a new year. I took off one star because they offer parking in the back but it’s not very well maintained back there. There was some construction that left a square hole for awhile in the parking lot. That got filled with dirt so I guess that’s a band aid. Once it flooded with the smelliest sewage and I had to walk over large puddles of sewage to get inside with my laundry. But then again, it’s free parking.”
