“By far my most entertaining experience at an RMV! From the second I walked in, I was bombarded with confusing and conflicting instructions like "stand over here!" "take a number!" And "fill out an application!" While I was filling out my application to renew my license, a conflict broke out between the clerk yelling instructions at everyone and a lady trying to renew something, about whether or not whatever form was valid or something. Insults were hurled and voices were raised (though the clerk had been loud from the start). I watched several bystanders become engulfed by the verbal brawl as things escalated. While Donna entered my information into the computer in a friendly, timely, and helpful manner, the police were called to the scene by the clerk at the request of the distraught customer. "I have a difficult customer here" the call began, all the while the customer trying to speak over the clerk on the phone to correct the information he was giving the officer. The customer then stormed out to wait outside. When my eye test was finished, Donna handed me back my paperwork and thanked me, and I thanked her in return for her help. I managed to escape just in time to see the officer speaking with the furious customer outside. In summary, I was beyond satisfied with Donna's exceptional customer service.”

“Although difficult to find, the experience was positive. The receptionist was very helpful. She explained the wait time and answered my questions. There were a few people waiting and I thought it would be a much longer wait to see a worker than it actually was. Once I met with the worker, I felt at ease as she explained everything.
