“The staff here deserves some praise as they have consistently provided me some of the best service I've had in any Papa Gino's. I think other Papa's locations should learn from this restaurant, because they make the food look like it does in advertisements. Who does that? Everyone knows that a McDonald's burger doesn't look like it does in the ads. And, it's consistent. I don't find that one day my food is made great and the next it's just so-so. No, it's perfect every single day! Papa Gino's, I know you've recently closed a considerable number of locations, but perhaps you might not have needed to if every location took notes from this one in Braintree. Everyone employed there needs to get some recognition for their amazing service.”

“Not impressed with this place. Ordered a pizza and the whole box came oily. If I wasn’t starving, I wouldn’t have ate the less oily parts. The pizza was “okay” but the appearance was awful. Who wants to receive food like this? First and last time ordering from this place. Alright, so the previous review I submitted was two months ago. Since then, I decided to give Pizza Mia another try. I decided to try the Grilled Chicken Caesar salad that someone recommended. The salad was pretty good. The chicken was well seasoned and they weren’t stingy with the dressing. Not bad for a salad. I also tried the BLT sandwich with an over easy egg and it was SO DAMN GOOD. I’ve had BLT sandwiches before, but none like this one. Def recommend it. Most recently, my wife ordered a breakfast pizza. I wasn’t even going to try another pizza cause of my first experience, but this one wasn’t bad at all. The flavor was real good and it wasn’t all oily like the pizza from two months ago. I can honestly say this place is alright.”

They also have honey biscuits, which certainly peaked my interest. Probably a good general rule of thumb to avoid mac n cheese at a place like this. When I was getting ready to check out, the owner asked me if I've had their chicken before at which point I told him that it was my first time. He grinned and gave me a subtle nod of approval before handing me my food, "it's really good," he said. He was right. Not too salty, not too greasy. Noticeably better than other chicken chains. If you decide to travel with it (I'm looking at you Sheri), simply pop it in the oven when you get back to warm it up. It's not rocket science my fellow chicken lovers!”

“This is my go-to roast beef spot. They hook the Greek salad up with lots of veggies and feta, so when I’m extra hungry I grab one of those as well. Good fries, good onion rings. I have been coming here since I was a little kid and used to visit my grandparents in the neighborhood. Now that I live in the neighborhood, I’m VERY happy they are so close by. Little piece of nostalgia that I hope lives on for a long time. Only suggestion would be maybe to start taking credit cards. To this day I still forget they are cash only all the time, and sometimes I have to keep driving because I don’t have any on me! :(”
