“The other reviews had me concerned. Shouldn't I have bought IKEA cabinets online? Did I make a mistake?? Fortunantly, the experience wasn't bad. I got a call to confirm the delivery the day before and the driver called me when he was about 15 minutes away from my condo, and he was within the 4 hour window of 10 am - 2 pm. I think they came at 12:30. Two guys delivered - they were friendly and to the point. In and out. I ordered 20 cabinets and a few other things. Hard to do an inventory of that much merchandise but I'll go through it all tonight and tomorrow and call IKEA within the 48 hour window if anything is missing. ”

“Worked with BMC for an atypical move, transitioning my belongings from my apartment in Brookline to long term storage at their facility outside Boston for 18 months while I was traveling, and then to my new home in Chicago. BMC did a great job loading my apartment and also unloading from their warehouse to a shipping partner (Gallo Moving & Storage) to send to me in Chicago via United Van Lines. After 18 months, everything arrived in great condition, with nothing missing. Their storage rates were very reasonable and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future or recommend them to anyone!”
