“Heard about a new local nutrition shop opening up and went to go check it out. I did not know it was even possible to have that many healthy options in shake or tea form. Aleshia the owner was very helpful in explaining the many benefits of the products. I never write reviews but, this experience compelled me to pass on the good review. I love that there is an option to purchase products to create your own teas at home, away, work, or for vacations etc. Excited to go back and try all the different flavors. Went with sour watermelon (attached photo). If you are looking for a healthy alternative or lifestyle change I highly suggest paying them a visit.”

“The outside patio is really nice! A few families were playing golf behind us and I thought it was cool to watch. The service was great. The server was awesome. I did had an issue with my credit card that I noticed when I left that afternoon (computer issues, not because of the server) and the management handled it promptly and professionally. You have no idea how appreciative I am of restaurants having great customer service! The food was yummy! We got shrimp cocktail for an app and those were fresh and pretty big. We ordered a pitcher of the red sangria and we will definitely be getting that again next time. The sangria was delicious. For lunch I got the fish (haddock yay!) tacos (pictured). I’m picky about fish tacos and thought they were awesome! My girlfriend got a salad wrap and thought it was really good as well. It was a cool place to grab lunch and I’ll be back again soon :)”

“Awesome Jr Beef on the fly. Was feeling hungry and grabbed a quick beef on the ride. Sauce, mayo, cheese, lettuce and pickles. Yeah lettuce and pickles might be taboo on a north shore beef, but that's the way I like it and Simard's did not disappoint. Hot on the outside cool in the middle with the added crunch and brine of the lettuce and pickles. Mouth is watering just thinking about it. Might have to go back tonight. They're open late too. It's a little bit of drive from the highway but it's worth it.”

“After trying nearly all menu items at Thai Spice, I would confidently recommend for take out or delivery. There is a large variety of Thai and Asian cuisine. The portions are generous for the price and always hit the spot. My personal favorite is Sriracha beef if you like spicy!🌶🔥 I also like to put a fried egg🍳 on top of most stir fries for an awesome combo. If you enjoy bubble tea like me, check out their selection - Thai (orange), Chai, Matcha (Green), Jasmine, Taro (purple) or Chocolate flavors. “I decided to try Hunan Place for takeaway, and I was neither disappointed nor sent over the moon. It was an adequate, fresh, and tasty Chinese food experience, but it really didn't leave me feeling like THIS is the one Chinese food place for me forever. I ordered the General Tso's chicken lunch for pickup, opting for an egg roll and adding a small order of crab Rangoons. I had wanted fried plantains, but they were out. Such is life. I headed over about ten or fifteen minutes later and my food was ready and waiting for me. I had considered doing dine in, but despite the menu saying that they offer dine in, I saw reviews that said they didnt. Well, if they do, it doesnt look like it, nor is there a particularly nice atmosphere inside. However, for today and my current desires, that is fine, though it makes it less likely that I will return I brought my food home and eagerly unpacked it. Everything looked fresh and delicious, and there was a fair amount - enough to make 2 meals of it. I separated out my servings and started my taste adventure. The rice was the yellow fried rice you see at places like Pacific Asian Cuisine in Woonsocket. I prefer this variety to the soy sauce soaked brown that you find elsewhere. It was tasty and adequate. The egg roll was a delight. Nice and crispy with a great filling. This was a highpoint. Be proud of this eggroll - it carried the meal to a higher place. The Rangoons of crab were another story. Neither particularly crabby nor quite cream cheesey enough, they were still crispy and - once again - adequate. The chicken. The star of the show. How did it fare? Nice crisp battering, plenty of sauce, but not spicy at all. Sweet as all get out. I did not expect this since it has a chili pepper next to it on the menu. I went to the fridge, took out my Sriracha, and I fixed what was wrong. Once I added just a little spice, the meal became something I enjoyed rather than just something I was eating. All said? Good food, great price, needs some spice, and the high points for me were the impression of freshness I had of the food, and that eggroll. Low points? I needed my own seasonings, and the overall ambiance of the place is somewhat lacking. Would I go back? Yes. It is fairly close and I like it more than a lot of the other Chinese restaurants that are near us.”

“Getting to watch the sunset over the water adds to the ambiance of this adorable little spot. Their crowning achievement is the best chicken wings ever! Normally chicken wings are so saucy and greasy that you need a bib to protect yourself. These chicken wings have a Mediterranean flair, dressed in fresh herbs, tomato and garlic and were perfectly cooked. I know they are known for seafood but I thought our fish was just okay. Perhaps I need to return for another sangria on the water to find their seafood masterpiece”

“Shout out to Lisa, one of the best servers we’ve had in a while, she is friendly and takes the extra mile to ensure you have a good experience and is an excellent team player for what was able to observe. We ordered the Ronnie eggs Benedict, the veggie omelette, short stack and a side of hash browns and home fries, orange juice and coffee. The food was tasty, the orange juice was fresh (although it could have used some ice) and the coffee was on point. We weren’t crazy about the pancake batter but that’s because we make ours with milk and it’s a personal preference but there a good size, overall everything tasted great! We’ve been here a couple of times before and it never disappoints. The outdoor sitting section is now open so when it isn’t as hot, it is quite enjoyable. We will be back soon! We started off with warm Sake and a Scorpion bowl for one. The apps were so tasty and well done. I had felt a little uneasy in the tight congested neighborhood but they out me at ease and made me feel so welcome. The shrimp Mozambique is life changing and far better than Antonio's nearby. Antonio's is also charming and good but for shrimp Mozambique I give Alianca the crown. I also had an Azorean steak that cut like butter and melted in the mouth. The pumpkin cheesecake was a great cap to my meal. If I was driving past New Bedford, I would make a special detour to go here again.”

“Had a really pleasant experience at Verrill Farm this weekend! We went for the sunflowers. The field was well-maintained, and the there were tons of blooms of multiple types. Was pleasantly surprised to learn that we were able to cut 5 stems each. Parking was easy, and in general it was not crowded there. The produce and deli market inside was well-stocked with local products (fruits, veggies, honey, snacks, etc.). I would highly recommend them over some of the "bigger" places in eastern MA for sunflowers, and we look forward to returning here in future years! New favorite spot!”

“The wife and I came in today around 2pm, we were the first to sit down in the dining room near the full liquor bar that they have. It Seemed extremely quiet. However, much to our surprise the food came out super quick and it was so delicious. We got a D19 and a order of House Fried Rice (The White Yang Chow Fried Rice). I can tell everything was made fresh to order. The only thing that came out of a steamer was the Pork fried rice for the D19 combo plate which most Chinese restaurants do anyway for their combos. They will usually make fresh pork fried rice to order when you order it all on its own. The Waiter who served on us was an older Asian man who was super friendly. I can only assume he was the owner. He really seemed to care about our experience here. There was an old Chinese restaurant in East Providence called young China that was in Chen family for many generations and I was deeply saddened when it closed. This experience brought me back to my youth when I would get Chinese with my father every Friday. Bamboo express, you are hidden gem. Thank you for the experience.”
