“I went to Aquatic Treasures to buy fish for a 29 gallon tank I had set up the week before and was extremely pleased with my visit. There were many beautiful fish that I would not have found at other independent fish stores around town. I left with two tricolor sharks, an angelfish, a ruby barb, and a rainbow fish. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. As I had already set up my tank (tank, filter, light, some plants, temp...) I didn’t look for any tank essentials here but they did have a few tanks, pH meters, thermometers and those sorts of things.”

“The only reason this company didn't get a 5 star rating is because they have no front door. Seriously, they are in an industrial park and you have to enter through another business to get to them or go around the side and through a loading dock (danger)! However, they were very quick (1 day turn around), cheap ($2/knife to hone) and very good (like a samurai sword). I was a little leery to leave my very expensive Shun knives with them because they have mountains of restaurant knives that they work on. They must provide sharpening services for area restaurants or they may get the raw blades from the manufacturer and put an edge on them there. The guy I talked to, Brian, could see I was worried and showed me the difference between the a "sharpening" and a "honing". I opted for honing, but if you have knives that have been abused, you may want to go to the next level. Overall, although a little tricky to find, well worth the effort. 3/26/13 Update: I brought my knives in a second time and graciously, they have added an entrance on the side of the building (although it still dumps you into the workshop, not an office). This time, they sharpened my knives while I waited. The entire transaction took only 10 minutes! Their prices went up $1/knife since my last sharpening, but at $3/knife, still the best deal in town!”

“This works really, really well. I live on the North Shore right on the beach and also have a small pond in my yard which has several weeping cherries and lot of plants. Mosquitos like it there. We spend a considerable amount of time outdoors in the summer and have tried just about everything to keep these little buggers away. I heard about Mosquito Terminators this year and decided I would give this a try instead of all those other throw-away products. They came out to my place and sprayed and I have to say, it's been a mosquito-free summer so far. Especially considering the very damp June. People are nice and the product seems to work as advertised. Highly recommended!”

I often see them watering and tending plants and they are interested in helping customers find what they're looking for. They also play classical music overhead which makes for an enjoyable visit.
