“I've been here once and I will most likely go back. The owner seems friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to a customers needs. He does have his dog on site most days. He's an older Golden retriever and like most goldens he's a sweetheart, quiet and very friendly. I would give it 5 stars, but as I mentioned I've only been in the store once. I will certainly consider upgrading it as I get more acquainted with the store, and it continues to impress me. So far though excellent.”

“Our boiler stopped working and the temperature was dropping. Steve showed up to check it out. He methodically trouble shot the problems and thoroughly cleaned the entire unit. He found several issues and lots of grime and clogs. Once he finished the boiler started up and worked better than we had ever experienced. Steve never tried to up-sell and charged a fair price. “I was extremely pleased with my recent service from Hal Krause Plumbing. I needed someone to hook up my new gas range and dishwasher. He came to my house on time, was polite, courteous, and did a great job. He did an excellent installation of both, making sure they were level and looked appropriate. During the dishwasher installation, he noticed that I had a slow leak in my hot water supply to my sink and fixed it no charge! I was very pleased with his service and will call him for other plumbing needs as they arise.”

The designer, Claudette, is extremely talented, knowledgeable about products on display, a good listener and communicator, and very, very easy to work with. There are a varying styles of cabinetry on display from traditional to modern with a number of Wolfe/SubZero appliances mixed in. Having read highly-rated reviews of Waterstone Faucets, I wanted to see one in person and check out the various finishes. Claudette affirmed their quality, showed me various styles and helped me select a faucet, finish, soap dispenser and disposal switch. This is a fabulous, family-owned and run shop. Their pride in their work is obvious. If you are remodeling or designing a kitchen or bath, I would highly recommend their services.”
