“Very pleasant when making appointment by phone. Brought my 70 pound, anxious German Shepherd in for a bath and nail trim. I know from experience, he doesn't enjoy getting his nails cut & I informed Marcio of this before leaving. When I picked him up, I was told he was a little hesitant to get them trimmed but that they went at my dogs pace and waited for him to be more comfortable before trying again. His fur is nice and soft and smells wonderful. Nails are perfect. A+ service from start to finish. Will be back in the future.”
