“With all the heavy rain and leaves filling the cockpit of my sailboat, the engine room and cabin flooded. My Yanmar diesel engine was half submerged. I was in a panic. After some pumping out, I called Guy. His wife understood the situation and let him know that I was in dire straights. He called back right away and actually came right out to the boat. It was November and I'm sure he was straight out with work. Guy went through the motor and checked everything, even finding some issues that I was not aware of. “ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service!! First off, I brought my shark vacuum in here to see if I could get it serviced a few months ago. Matt took the time to look up the vacuum style and broke down the costs of how much it would be to fix. Turns out, the vacuum would cost more to fix than to just buy a new one. I was so happy that he took the time to explain this... I told him I'd be back to rent a carpet cleaner and that I did a couple months later. I was shown how to use it at the store and when I told them I had a small car, they offered to drop it off at my house in Amesbury, MA without hesitation. The carpet cleaner worked great and really took up all the stains. A couple days later, it started to smell musty due to the carpet retaining a lot of the moisture. Matt let me take the carpet cleaner again (over the weekend) and explained that I should run the machine over carpets without water/shampoo. Once dried, I put down baking soda and the smell was gone. I can see why this place only has rave reviews. Thank you again Matt for your professional and friendly service!!”

“Not sure who this lady is that everyone is complaining about. Maybe she's gone now? Only person I've dealt with is an older gentleman who I have a feeling is "Mike". He's straightforward and friendly in a reserved way - which is pretty much what I want when buying beer or whatnot. I'm a fan of this place when it comes to grabbing basic stuff. The beer is fresh (something you can't say for other local establishments) and cold. The prices aren't quite NH, but often I value my time more than the dollar or two I'd save. Other pluses? They have great extended hours. They aren't Leary's.”
