“Walked in the door and immediately welcomed by Tanya J. Explained to her that I was already fairly sure what I wanted but needed help finding it in the store to confirm. Immediately she led me right over to the mattress I was looking for and explained the benefits of the choice I’d made. I asked to see the next level of firmness to make sure I was making the right choice and she had no problem obliging, and did not use that as an opportunity to try and upsell me to a more expensive option. She was very helpful explaining the frame selections, the protection plans and answered any and all questions I came up with. Start to finish my purchase took less than 45 minutes. We were so pleased with our interaction we ended up looking for a sofa as well and made a great choice. Yet again Tanya was extremely helpful, suggested color matching options with our collection of furniture at home, etc. Also, for my mattress I was offered next day delivery which was fantastic. They called me the same evening (a little late but understandable since they have to finalize what would be going out the next day) and let me know my 3 hour window was 10am-1pm and that I would get a call about 30 minutes prior to them arriving to give me a heads up. I’m not new to delivery windows and expected to get my mattress mid way through or towards the end of the window. Wouldn’t you know it I got a call at 9:30 and the gentlemen were at my house just before 10. They removed my mattress and my box spring, assembled my new frame, put in my new box spring and mattress and even put on my new mattress protector for me. All completed in under a half hour. Very friendly, very helpful and more than accommodating. Overall I’m extremely happy with my experience from start to finish and would 100% recommend to friends and family looking for furniture.”

“I had a cake done recently at Walmart for 8/3. My theme was donuts and the cake book didn’t have anything for donut theme. The lady who took my order and did my cake exceeded my exceptions. I was amazed with what she did. I pretty much just told her it was a donut theme, I want it colorful, 2 tier and she did everything else. She blew my mind with this cake. She is so talented. She also took my order last year and it was unicorn theme. The cake came out beautiful. Every time I order I hope it’s her. I wish I got her name but I just want to say thank you for my beautiful cakes. You are talented!”

I found some yarn I really liked but was a little upset that I could not use my coupon because it was a "doorbuster". I was in need on waterPROOF jackets/boots and I don't think they have any. When something is waterproof it will clearly state it. I still found a few things that I wanted as gifts. “I went in today for a weeks worth of outfits and was able to accomplish that in under three hours. Greg and Sam were AMAZING. While everyone working there was cordial and greeted me kindly as I wheeled my cart around, Greg stood out for his humor and helpfulness. "I'd ask you if you're finding everything you're looking for, but it looks like you are doing just fine." (my cart was that loaded). When I let him know I hadn't found a size in a particular top he set off to see if it was in store or close by. He sought me out to let me know what he found and how it could be shipped to me for free. An hour later, leaving on a break he still took time to ask how I was doing. When I let him know I was ready to check out but had some questions about a few things without tags etc, he connected me with Sam. Sam was a gem and got my order for what I needed online and what was without tags. She kept me under budget with updates on totals as we went through the pile. If I were opening a business, Greg and Sam would be the first two people I would seek to steal away. They are why I would go back in a heartbeat to do some more shopping.”
