“I don't typically write reviews, but I am compelled to write one about this store because of the excellent service I recently received. I purchased some outdoor furniture and wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. An employee named Colin spent over 15 minutes figuring out how to get everything into my car (while also being very careful not to scratch it), so I wouldn't have to make two trips. I was amazed and very thankful for his help. This truly was 5-star service!”

“Taylor, the manager was awesome. I asked if they had Vietnamese coffee. That's not a Starbucks usual. She shared that she helped out in the lowelL store, which has a lot of Vietnamese and Cambodian customers. Starbucks doesn't keep condensed milk on hand, so she head the customers show her how to use soy milk instead. 3-4 shots of espresso, two of soy milk. Not quite the same, but pretty good. Taylor gets an "A" for effort. She deserves a corporate store to manage. The Target-based ones don't allow for tipping. Wish they'd stock salt and pepper along with the other condiments. They keep the salt and pepper around the corner at a Pizza Hut kiosk.”

“Seemed like any other home Depot to me. They had a convenient contractor pick up area that was covered and seemed to get some good use. The bathrooms were clean and easy to find (all the way to the right of the store) and there seemed to be plenty of people at the registers.”
