“Had a really pleasant experience at Verrill Farm this weekend! We went for the sunflowers. The field was well-maintained, and the there were tons of blooms of multiple types. Was pleasantly surprised to learn that we were able to cut 5 stems each. Parking was easy, and in general it was not crowded there. The produce and deli market inside was well-stocked with local products (fruits, veggies, honey, snacks, etc.). I would highly recommend them over some of the "bigger" places in eastern MA for sunflowers, and we look forward to returning here in future years! New favorite spot!”

“I had a long overdue stairway carpet installed. The installer came on time as stated during my in store visit where I selected my carpet and discussed other things. The carpet looks great, I picked a great color almost similar to what was there prior. The installer removed old carpeting and underlay along with old nail-on strips, he vacuumed and took away all the "junk carpeting" etc. He was in and out in a bit over 3 hours. including clean up. Again, I am amazed how the appearance of the new carpet takes absolutely no getting used to, like it was always there and yet brand new! UPDATE... in July of 2022, I went to Carpetville for a carpet remnant for my bedroom to replace a very old tired looking carpet. I gave the gentleman the measurements and picked out a dark color and inside of 90 minutes he cut it to size and put a wonderful border around it all to give it that finished look and phoned me to say it was ready. It accommodates the "wake-up" side of my bed perfectly as the old one did and is spanking brand new and fresh looking. Give them a try if you are looking for special cuts that may be needed for your home. Big Box stores often have standard sizes that may not be what you are looking for. Carpetville will cut to size and put borders on it.”
