“We have worked with Bill on 4 excellently managed transactions so far. Bill is a trustworthy real estate professional that knows the local area very well and will guide you with the information that is appropriate for your life stage. Bill is organized and customer focused and is with you every step of the transaction (even while on vacation 2 time zones away). It has been a bit since we have settled into our new home and Bill still checks in!”

“This place makes it quick and easy to rent kayaks and paddle boats for family adventures. They have a small shop just past the Fudgery (yes, I should be embarrassed that I used the candy store as a landmark). The owner and employees are friendly and knowledge and will get you in the right vessel. Just outside the shop they will get you suited up with life jackets and paddles and then direct you around the corner to the tiny beach front. I think our last visit cost $50 for a pair of 2-person kayak rentals for an hour. Note that they are flexible on the timing. It is also worth noting that one of my sons sounded interested in kayaking only to have him flip out as we tried to get into the kayak. The shop owner was very understanding and refunded our money after spending a few minutes consoling my child and explaining how safe the adventure could be. They could not have been more caring or understanding! My child has gotten over that issue and we have since had a few kayaking tours! As for the kayaking, it is a few minutes to the open ocean and you can zoom around in one direction to front beach or out to the lighthouse in the other direction. You can also tour the harbor, but that was far less interesting for our taste.”

“Great time at Heald Street Farm. Amy is a very caring instructor with tons of patience for kids and beginner adults. Her lessons have inspired me. The horses are safe friendly and very well cared for. I highly recommend.”

“Just came back from a wonderful week spent in this smoke-free beach house! 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are hard to come by. Everything is as clean and adorably decorated as the photos show. We ate out a lot but did use the oven 1 night and everything I needed was in the unit. Washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms. 2 dedicated parking spots and you can find other public spots on the street as well as a pay lot within walking distance. Cable went out one night and both Brandie and her husband showed up the next day and resolved the problem quickly. It's nice to have the owner nearby. She also answered all my pre-rental questions promptly. Would highly recommend renting this beach to everyone. "”

“9/29- 2pm tour Boarding was smooth & organized. Prices are comparable to competitors. We loved that the boat had bench seating outdoors on the top deck and lots of seating outdoors as well as in doors below. We saw dolphins, a sunfish and lots of whales (logging, lazy diving, lots of blow, fin splashing). We got really close up to many of the whales. It's a really ship, so expect the boat to rock from side to side- made the experience really authentic! Excellent narration by the female crew member. Clean boat & bathrooms. Brought the following on board: food & drinks, jackets, sun block. Will bring next time: heavier & hooded jackets (hats do fly off) and Dramamine for sea sickness (just as a precaution- no accidents on board)! Amazing navigation by captain. We went out further due to reports of n sighting-captain wanted to be sure we saw whales and boy did we! My mom liked this over the one she normally does and she's hard to impress, so good on all of you at Captain John's! See you next year!”

“My family attended the pirate cruise with a preschooler and a grade schooler. I would highly recommend this cruise because the activities were highly engaging and the staff was extremely attentive. I even got to sit at the front of the boat to relax and take in the scenery for a few moments. My kids thought it was the best part of our trip!”
