“I have to give a great shout out to Yale Appliance. Free delivery and setup for anything over $500. White glove customer service from start to finish. Ordered online, got a call to confirm the order was right, asked for delivery before noon, got a text confirmation day before, for window of 8:30-10:30, GPS to track the delivery that arrived by 8:30am. Kevin and his crew arrived, surveyed the situation, carried it up to the deck already set up, turned it on and tested it, made sure we were okay with it, and were done before 9am. I can't recommend them enough.”

Decently stuffed with pretty TASTY MEAT COLD MEAT though.👍🏻 Not sure if it had to do with wanting meat on the rare SIDE OR if they NEVER warm their roast beef so just an FYI, request warmed meat if you DONT LIKE COLD I GUESS. Toasted roll so that was warm & buttery. I had the option of a med. (same bun more meat I was told) & LG. which comes on the typical Onion topped Roll (& even more meat I was told) but it was my munchies snack so it was the right size for me. The PLACE IS OUTDATED, and the communal PEN 🖊 =GROSS! But tables were clean, food tasted great & fast.”

“My experience as being an employee of which I'm grateful to be working here is that with these curbside pickups and of the foolish timeframe that is mandated is Foolish!!! Theres no quality of work performed when one has to Rush in getting products out to an awaiting customer a.k.a. member outside!!! This leaves room for human error !!! Wheres the Rush and Fire in this expected performance??? Meanwhile, while trying to complete one curbside order completely w 100% care and perfection... the employee a.k.a. member gets chimed w another checkin etc etc .... while tending to a member at hand in club....... This system is wrong should be abolished!!! The person making 100k / year sitting up in his or her cubicle at corporate of whom instituted this game /race never had to perform this multi tasking duties !!!! Foolish and RIDICULOUS if you ask me !!! I'd rather give 100% to one endeavor, task, member as compared to 25% to 4 different tasks at once in leaving room for human error and bad ratings!!! I shall ! Wont!!! Can't or ever give this type of cheap customer service at all to no one ever !!! As well as this grading process!!! What are we back in kindergarten or grade school?? Leave the grading back there!!!! Lets stand out from the competition retailers out there by giving Quality !!! Not Quantity !!! Thanks for reading my concerns here !!!! “I have three daughters here in NA and 1 graduated the preK program at CCP, the second is headed to Prek next year after 2 years in preschool & my youngest is headed to preschool next year. The very caring and knowledge staff is just fabulous. They are long term teachers and between the four of them do a fantastic job balancing care, considerations, curriculum and nurturing. My daughters are all very different and one has struggled significantly with visual and sensory issues. As I embarked on a not so typical journey of healing for her, they have been nothing but supportive and welcoming to our family. When we had a family emergency all the teachers and parents rallied together to help us and I will forever remember their kindness. Definitely check out CCP if you want an NA preschool!!”
