A second gentleman answered the phone and was just as polite and professional as the first guy. They diagnosed my problems and recommended the best was to allocate my dollars. They could have easily made more money off of me and recommended things that weren't important or a safety concern. They treated my mom like family. She loved all the activities, the homemade soups and meals, but above all, she loved the way the staff made her feel. She felt welcomed, cared for and safe. The facility is clean and well maintained. I have had the opportunity to visit and experience many Massachusetts nursing home/rehab centers and none compare to Sunny Acres. “What a great find! Somehow drove past this place for years and never noticed it. Stopped in to get a simple guitar repair done assuming I'd have to drop it off but he did it right then and there in 15 minutes. Had a really nice chat with the owner too who was very down to earth. The guitars on offer were gorgeous and generally pretty high end though there was some more modest stuff mixed in as well. Cool shop and a great customer experience. Will 100% be back for any other repairs or setups.”
