“I love Kendall, and prefer to see all my movies here. They play the best films, the seating is spacious and comfortable, and it’s typically a high quality viewing experience. That being said, my most recent visit was kind of a bummer. I went on Christmas Day to see The Iron Claw. I immediately noticed that the sound was VERY quiet. I didn’t want to be a bother as I know it sucks to work on Christmas, but I felt like it might be fixable. Talked to someone and they radioed someone else. Went back to theatre, still quiet. The ambient sounds of the theatre overpowered many scenes of the movie, including very noticeable sound bleeding in from the theatre next door. Glad they got the full experience, but everyone in the 6:45 showing definitely did not. At one point I went to use the restroom and asked the same person if they were able to figure it out? He looked up from his phone and hit me with an “I Guess”. That kind of sucked. Expected more. Quiet sound kind of killed the viewing experience for me.”

“Beautiful place and area. Got a room on the top floor. It was pretty and clean but small. The skylight was nice! My two biggest complaints are parking and the shower. Very few parking spots and they even said there are more rooms than they have parking spots. So that was kind of a hassle. Maybe the showers on other floors are different but I wouldn’t know. The shower was terribly small. The shower curtain sticks to your leg. There is no room to move and I’m not a large person. I do have long hair and the water pressure was also bad. The shower head was high and I am short so it was difficult to wash my hair. The breakfast was decent. A few basic options. A lot of things in walking distance which was cool!”

“I've been working here on and off as an agency nurse for about a year now. I travel all across the state, from Tipton to Springfield, and this place is in my top 3 favorite Nursing & Rehab facilities in MA. It's located in a nice area and staffed with very caring employees. It's almost like a family type atmosphere. You can tell as soon as you enter, there's a warmth here. The staff are caring and attentive, the nurses, therapists and aides I've worked with are kind, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic! the kitchen, maintenance and housekeeping are very kind, hard working and accommodating! Management, front desk, and office employees are great too! I almost never write reviews, especially for places I work. But these guys deserve it!”

“I want to say thank you to the man who was working last night (Sept 7) around 10pm. My 19 year old daughter stopped in to buy something and a guy she didn’t know came in after her and kept following her around very closely. He was trying to ask her personal questions and she felt very uncomfortable. She went to the register to pay for her item and the man working there asked her if she was okay and said he didn’t like the way the guy was following her around the store so he had already called the police. The police showed up right away, checked to see if she was okay, and made sure she got to her car safely to come home. Thank you so much for being alert and looking out for others.”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about this center and everyone that works here. From intake, to evaluation everything was easy and stress free. All the therapists we've met with over the 8 months my son has been in speech/OT have been so incredible. It's very clear that everyone that works here loves their job and what they do, are very knowledgeable and passionate about helping kids succeed. My son was recently diagnosed with ASD and it was overwhelming to know where to start. My son's speech therapist (Jess- she's amazing!) Went above and beyond to make sure i got in touch with the right people, and we were able to have him evaluated at Boston Children's so much sooner than if we had attempted doing it on our own. They have walked us through every step of what our options are now that my son has an ASD diagnosis. I cannot tell you how much stress and worry has been lifted off my shoulders because of the amazing people that work here. I would recommend Early Intervention services with Thom Anne Sullivan Center over anywhere else. I owe them so much and cannot put into words how grateful I've been for them!”

“This place was like an Oasis in a dessert, but real! During our bike ride we immediately stop by here for ice cream. Not may opportunities in the rail trail bike trail to have an easy on and easy off ice screen spot. The ice cream is very creamy and delicious. You can also get honey on top for free! The shop had honey, drinks and other foods. The kids love the corn hole yard games. This place is a gem 💎. They are also planning to expand to offer a tavern vibe and more entertainment for the community. I'm definitely coming back and making this a staple part of our bike route.”
