I had a huge problem with birds living (and clogging) my gutters. Edward came and evaluated the situation within a day of the first phone call. He was able to recommend an affordable product to keep the birds out once his team had cleaned out all the buildup. He even went so far as to put the birds nests in a tree, rather than just toss them aside. He took care of a bee's nest and replaced a pipe without adding to the original estimate. His price was affordable and fair! He sent me pictures along the way of the problem and how clean the gutters were now. There was no mess left behind and it was all done quickly and efficiently! He did not ask for a deposit, and payment was handled through Venmo without a problem. I would recommend New England Improvements to anyone looking for a job well done!”

“First visit to this location. I was pleased that they offered outdoor dining - just be aware that it's first come first serve and directly in that late afternoon/evening sun with no umbrellas. It was perfect on the evening we went. I found the entree (cod) but than my app (tomato w/ burrata) since the tomatoes were not ripe. My BF had rainbow sushi & Sausage pasta, loved them both. Service was good, prices on the high side but overall a nice place for dinner locally.”

“Location was superb!!! The hotel is an older building but recently they renovated and looks new and fresh.I was pleased with the accommodations. What I loved about the rooms was the fact that there were very clean and maintained very well. Front desk staff were very supportive and answered all our questions politely.We were also in walking distance of many good restaurants. There is lot of empty space where customers can do walk, take there pets out, and also there is outdoor fire place, bench , chairs which helps us to have nice outdoor food or to do BBQ.I would recommend the Minuteman In.Acton,MA”
