“I was having my gas range installed by my plumber when we all realized the incorrect size outlet was behind the stove, one for a dual fuel range not a gas range. I panicked as I was already on the clock for the plumber and they said to call an electrician while they did some other work. I called around without any responses and finally saw Rich Gibbons' number and great reviews. He immediately responded to my phone call, listened patiently to what I needed and let me know he may be able to help. He asked for photos, gave me a few options, a reasonable estimate and then Jack the electrician, who was in the area, was at my house in 3 hours (exactly like he had said). He also had those little protective booties over his work boots which was a nice touch since I hate the idea of debris being dragged around the house. He was in and out in about 45 minutes and the plumbers were able to return at lunch time to connect the stove. I still can't believe what great service I received from Rich and Jack. I have had a hard time just getting estimates for some electrical work let alone having someone show up, same day! I am thoroughly impressed and will be calling them for future work. Thank you Rich and Jack!”
