I also do private gyrotonic with Shelia, pilates reformer with Melissa, and a 4 person reformer class with Shelia, giving me a well rounded, safe, effective workout schedule. My husband sees Ally for a private pilates reformer session and an early morning men’s TRX class. The studio is exceptionally clean, warm & welcoming. Try it...you’ll be glad you did!!”
