He really listens to whatever concerns I have, and is always open to doing whatever needs to be done. Wether it's referring me to a specialist, or running some more blood work, etc. He's a very balanced doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner. His staff is friendly, and the office is well run. He thoroughly listened to our needs and the phones we were interested in and quickly gave his professional feedback on the S22 phone from start to closure of the deal (a very knowledgeable and exceptionally congenial person). Joshua had an A+ personality that was so pleasant which made it so easy to do business with him and his store. What a customer service hero he is as he always answers our questions with very accurate answers. Josh made our whole purchasing experience so pleasurable with his can do and will do attitude.
