“Best place for families with school age children! Lived there for almost 7 years with family and kids. I would say fantastic experience! Very nicely maintained property (never had any issues)! Great location! Within walking distance a lot of shops/banks (including Donelans, CVS). Next to bruce Freeman trail recently opened (If you like walking/biking). Nara park within biking distance (1-1.5mile) . Very safe place for families with kids (owner does diligent job in carefully choosing tenants which you will appreciate overtime!) Pool access! Kids playground access! Tennis court! Access to Acton-Boxborogh schools (which are deliberatily ranked among best in MA)! Rent includes heating, making it very competitive offer (if not best). I would definitely recommend place to everyone with school age kids!”

“With a dearth of good BBQ in the area, this place is a nice sanctuary for those who love some southern style carnivorous fare. I've been here many times before and it never disappoints. The one area where they could improve is that they use low-grade bread for their sandwiches. If Popeyes can make a lauded roll, so can the little guy. I got the brisket sandwich with mashed potatoes and mac n' cheese and my friend got a pulled pork sandwich with two sides of his own. I brought a heartier appetite and devoured my food whereas my friend couldn't muster the spirit, leaving his sandwich half-eaten. Nothing here is ever the best I've ever had but it's always good enough and to give a real proper review, I should try some of the other items on the menu. By the way, a great lunch stop for a quick bite if you're working in the area. Food comes at you before you can sit down. No bad meats here.”

My wife and I had 2 heat pump systems and a tankless on demand water heater installed and we are over the moon happy with how the whole process went. Jim and Shawna are amazing to deal with. The quality and professionalism that they both bring to the table is rare. All of the work was done with care and a great attention to detail. Their technician Dominic is also very friendly, professional, and thoughtful. After all the work was completed, the spaces were all cleaned more than when they originally started.”

“Be careful of the front door, it slams shut! Once a staff member knows you have arrived, you are allowed to seat 🪑 yourself. Quiet music 🎶 plays while you visit. Service was friendly and helpful. The complimentary chips and salsa were okay. The Mexican Pizza 🍕 was a good appetizer! It's almost a meal! I had the Mexican Parmesan with linguine. The portion to price ratio was good 👍! It will last me at least three meals! It also tasted good! Fried 🍨 Ice-cream for dessert. WiFi and bar available. Only issues, uneven air conditioning, especially in the men's bathroom. The front door needs repairs. When I first arrived, the sign out front looked like it needed repairs. No iced tea available. I recommend the food and the friendliness of the staff.”

“This mansion was so cool! I have been in New England for nearly two years as a missionary and every Monday we do something recreational, this was by far one of the best Mondays of my time here. I wish i could be there for the full Sunday $10 tour. You will learn a lot of cool stuff. I won't spoil any of it. Come with a big group!! We didn't even have time to explore much of the property so I'm sure it's even better for someone who has more then just an hour or two on their hands. Also, fun fact that I will spoil, "knives out" was filmed here!! Remember the $5 parking ticket.”
