“We were supposed to go to the T Swift concert in Boston today. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and could not make it. As you can imagine i completely forgot to cancel the hotel reservation. The manager was so incredibly nice and cancelled our reservation with a total refund even though I was out of the 24 hour grace period. Now that is a great hotel and manager!
